Andy @ 345 groundworks helped us get our property ready for rental. He undertook to replace asbestos soffits and guttering. He did such a good job and was so accommodating that we then instructed 345 groundworks to brick up an old door, replace/cement roof ridge tiles and do some internal refurbishment and plastering. The service was first rate and we couldn't have got the property ready for the tenant if hadn't been for his expertise, support and industry knowledge. Top quality work and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for all building works.
